Our Mentor - Mentee scheme is here to enable new to class/fleet/event or less confident sailors enjoy our events and grow in confidence as well as to empower more experienced sailors to mentor effectively, a transferable skill.

Your Mentor will try answer any questions you may have about sailing/racing an ILCA.

• Ask  advice on sail set up

• How to get a good start

• Which way to go upwind- wind/tidal considerations

• How to sail upwind/downwind in waves

• How to cope with racing in a big fleet etc
